This is a good combination for an autumn salad. When the chestnuts are in season, you can roast them and prepare that delicious salad.
Ingredients
400 g chestnuts in jar
200 g smoked bacon
1 curly salad
3 tbsp of olive oi
1 tbsp of cider vinegar
Directions
Put the instant pot in browning mode
Brown the bacon 3min
Add the well-drained chestnuts
Extend the cooking 5min
In a bowl, place the salad and add the chestnuts and bacon
Serve with the oil and vinegar mixed
