Corn on the cob has become a lot more popular in recent years. It is a really good cook on the grill but you can also cook it on the stove with good result. In that recipe, you just cook the corn, spice it and serve it with a little bit of butter or olive oil.

Roasted corn on the cob and garlic

Ingredients

 2 ears of pre-cooked corn
 2 cloves of chopped garlic
 Fresh thyme
 1 small amount of olive oil
 Salt and pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown in oil, corn, garlic and, thyme for 5 minutes on all sides

Salt, pepper

If you have raw corn on the cob, cook them in the steam basket with 200ml of water 8min under pressure
