Roll turkey in an Orloff style

In the following recipe, bacon and cheese will be laid on the slices of turkey before being rolled up. Serve with a sauce made of cream, the meat is going to taste just great.

Ingredients

 6 turkey slices
 10 slices of bacon in strips
 1 onion, minced
 250 ml white wine
 Mustard
 Gruyere grated
 1 tbsp of fresh cream

Directions

Brush each slices of turkey with mustard on one side

Place a slice of bacon and a small handful of gruyere on the slices

Roll each cutlet and tie them up

Pass the instant pot in browning mode

Fry the onion and bacon

Fry each roll on both sides

Add the white wine

Pass the instant pot in pressure mode 10min

Add the fresh cream

Return to pressure cooking 3min
