This is a type of roast that required to be cooked a long time. In the following recipe, pork is used and accompanied with vegetables and a nice sauce.

 1 pork roll
 8 large potatoes in cubes
 1 minced onion
 3 crushed garlic cloves
 Fresh cream
 300 ml dry white wine
 1 sprig of thyme
 1 can of whole mushrooms
 Oil or butter

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Salt and pepper the meat

Fry it

Remove the meat and set aside

In the instant pot, put the potatoes, garlic, onion, mushrooms, and cream

Mix

Add the white wine

Put the meat on top

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 40min
