This is a recipe that goes to suit a vegetarian as well as somebody concerns with calories. Cereals, lentils, vegetables will be mixed up together for that wonderful dish. A good salad dressing will cover the salad.

Put the lentils in the tank of the instant pot and add 200ml of water
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 12min
At the end of cooking, reserve the drained lentils in a bowl
Empty the tank and put the rice in it, the wheat and peas
Add 300ml of water and put the instant pot in quick cooking 6min
At the end of cooking, drain and put in the bowl with the lentils
Add also the diced tomatoes
FOR THE SAUCE
Mix vinegar, mustard, lemon, shallot, chives, salt, and pepper
Mix the sauce with the bowl once the content is cold
