Salmon covered pie with potatoes and rosemary

That recipe should be really good even if it takes a while to get it ready. You will also need an oven. After cooking the fish and other ingredients, they will be put in a pastry.

Ingredients

 300 g salmon steaks in pieces
 8 medium potatoes in small cubes
 2 pie crust
 1 egg yolk
 1 tbsp rosemary
 1 onion, minced
 1 clove garlic, crushed
 125 ml milk
 125 ml half thick cream

Directions

Put the potatoes in the steam basket with 200ml of water in the tank

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 5min

Clean and dry the tank

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown in a little oil, onion, and garlic

Add the salmon, rosemary, milk, and cream

Mix

Add potatoes

Leave a little in brown mode until the sauce thickens

In an ovenproof pan lay a pie crust

Put the instant pot mixture on the pie crust

Cover with the 2nd pie crust

With a brush spread egg yolk on the pie crust to make it brown

Make notches and a small hole in the middle

Bake in the oven 45min at 200°C
