2 salmon steaks
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp fresh cream
Columbo spices
100 ml white wine
Directions
Put white wine, cream, spices, and 1 cup of water in the bowl
Place the steam basket with the salmon slices spread with honey in the bowl
Put the instant pot in quick cooking mode 5min
Remove the slices from the instant pot
Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch
