Ingredients

 4 salmon steak
 1 fresh ginger piece
 ½ lime
 250 g frozen broad beans
 200 g green beans
 2 minced shallots
 120 ml water
 Salt and pepper

Directions

Pour the oil into the bowl

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Add shallots, ginger, and sugar

Caramelize lightly

Add the beans, green beans, and a little lime zest

Stop browning

Seasoning

Mix

Place the fish on top of the vegetables

Add water

Pressure cooking 3min

Perfume with lemon juice
