Fish is often served with rice; the 2 seem to go very well together. In the following recipe, salmon will be mixed up with the rice before covering the dish with cream to enhance the preparation.

Put the fish in the tank without the steam basket
Add 200ml of water
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 3min
At the end of cooking reserve the salmon but keep the water in the tank
Put 500ml of water in the tank in addition to the water that is already in
Add the rice, onion, fish stock, salt, and pepper
Cook under pressure for 15 minutes
At the end of cooking, add the crumbled salmon and cream.
Return to pressure cooking for 3 minutes.
