This is a simple recipe of rice and fish. The two forms a really good combination. A few carrots are added to the preparation to give it some color and texture.
Ingredients
4 salmon steaks
250 g of rice rinsed well
300 ml of chicken broth
3 handfuls of frozen carrots in slices
1 lemon
Directions
Put all the ingredients in the tank finishing with the salmon steaks placed on top
Put a dash of lemon juice on the steaks
Cook under pressure 12min
