Salmon with soy, honey and coco rice

Here is a little exotism in that recipe of fish and rice. The rice will be cooked with coconut milk giving it a unique taste. Honey and soy sauce will cover the salmon after it has been fried.

Salmon with soy, honey and coco rice

Ingredients

 200 g white rice
 150 ml water
 150 ml coconut milk
 2 salmon steaks (fresh or frozen)
 2 tbsp liquid honey
 4 tbsp soy sauce
 2 tbsp oil
 1 little bit of butter

Directions

In a mold suitable for instant pot put the rice, water, and coconut milk

Put the mold in the steam basket

Add 200ml of water in the tank

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 15min

At the end of cooking, empty and dry the tank

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the salmon in a mixture of oil and butter

Add the honey and deglaze with the soy sauce

Turn off the instant pot, close the lid and let 3min

Server the rice in a bowl
