In that recipe, you will fix the special pasta with some sausages, ham and cheese. This is a very rich meal to feed a hungry crowd coming home after a day outdoors.

Ingredients

 4 carrots in slices
 5 Strasbourg sausages in slices
 200 g pasta
 1 cup white wine
 1 cup vegetable stock
 Water
 100 ml liquid cream
 1 package of ham pieces
 Tartlet cheese

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the carrots with sausages for 4min

Deglaze with half of the cup of white wine

Add pasta and broth

Put the rest of the white wine

Cover at height with water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 4min

At the end of cooking, add the cream, cheese, and ham

Keep the instant pot warm for 5 minutes, while the cheese melt
