There is no reason you could not be a little bit creative with the preparation of a Bolognese sauce. In that case, you mix tomatoes with tuna and olives.

Sauce Bolognese with tuna

Ingredients

 1 can of tomato pulp in slices or tomato sauce
 1 large can of tuna naturally drained
 1 onion, minced
 ½ glass of dry white wine
 1 clove of garlic, chopped
 A few black olives in rings
 Salt and pepper
 Parsley
 Olive oil

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Fry the onion in a little olive oil

Add the garlic and crumbled tuna

Fry 2min

Add the white wine

Add the tomato

Seasoning

Cook under pressure 2min

Put the olives and parsley at the end of cooking

Serve on pasta with parmesan cheese or use to make lasagna for example
