The sauerkraut is a very popular dish among the Europeans. You can fix it up with about any types of meats and sausages. It is pretty quick to make once everything is in the pot.
Ingredients
1.50 kg pre-cooked sauerkraut
1 kg potatoes
4 sausages of Mortea
300 g Montbéliard sausages cut into slices
1 garlic sausage
2 package of bacon
6 smoked sausages
1 tsp mustard
100 ml water
200 ml dry white wine
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the sausages and bacon 10min with the white wine
Add the remaining ingredients
Put the instant pot in fast cooking mode 25min
