Sauerkraut is usually served with ham and sausage but for a change, you may want to try it with seafood. The result could surprise you and certainly pleased everybody.

 500 g frozen seafood cocktail
 500 g raw sauerkraut
 2 haddock steaks
 2 cod steaks
 2 tbsp olive oil
 150 ml white wine
 Cumin
 Curry
  Pimento

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Put the olive oil in the tank

Cut the fish into large pieces

Brown the fish and seafood

Add the cabbage, white wine and spices

Put the instant pot in cooking mode under pressure 10min
