This is a good combination of sausages with apples. The 2 ingredients go really well together. The following preparation is just apple mixed up with sausages in a bouillon.
Ingredients
250 ml white wine
4 Toulouse sausages picked
1 bouquet garnished
Salt, pepper
4 apples in quarters
2 minced shallots
400 ml poultry broth
Directions
Put the instant pot in browning mode
Put the sausages and white wine in the tank
Leave in browning mode 4min
Add the apples and shallots
Add the broth and the bouquet garnished
Switch to quick cooking mode 10min
