This is a recipe using the multiple spices Savora. It includes many spices in a texture resembling mustard. it will confer a unique taste and flavor to the dish.
Ingredients
500 g pork cheek
1 onion
4 tbsp fresh cream
2 tbsp savora
200 ml white wine
250 g green bean or frozen peas
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the onions and meat
Once browned, deglaze with white wine
Add the Savora
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 20min
Add the frozen vegetables
Put back in quick cooking 15min
Add the fresh cream at the end of cooking
