This is another version of sausage and potatoes. After they are brown, you cooked them with wine and bouillon. A good sturdy dish to prepare for your family.

Savoyard sausage with potatoes

 8 sausages
 1 cup white wine
 20 small potatoes
  Veal stock
  Onion
 Sauce thickener

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onions and sausages in a little oil

Add the potatoes, bouquet garnished, white wine and veal stock

Put water until the potatoes are covered

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 15min

At the end of cooking, put it in mode browning

Add the sauce thickener
