Why not try a combination of scallops and chorizo sausages? The outcome could be surprisingly good. Let yourself be tempted by that recipe mixing up crustacean and sausage on a bed of leeks.

Scallops and chorizo on a bed of leeks

Ingredients

 12 scallops
 ½ chorizo in slices
 2 leeks cut into pieces (1 half cm)
 250 ml fresh cream
 Salt, pepper
 Turmeric

Directions

Put the leeks in the steam basket with 200ml of water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 6min

Reserve

Empty and dry the tank

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Put the scallops in an oil and butter mixture for 2min

Add the chorizo

Let 1min more

Remove the contents of the tank

Put the leeks back in the cooking juice

Add the cream, salt, pepper, and turmeric

Keep warm 3min

Serve the leeks with the scallops on the plate
