 500 g scallops
 300 g prawns
 1 cup glass of white wine
 1 tbsp fish stock
 Cumin
 Salt, pepper
 2 shallots, minced
 1 large onion
 200 ml liquid cream
 1 fish bouillon
 Sauce thickener

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion and shallots in a little oil

Add the white wine, cumin, flavor, salt, pepper and fish stock

Add the scallops and prawns

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 2min

At the end of the cooking add the cream and the sauce thickener

Return to brown mode 2min
