Sea food gratin

This is a recipe of seafood gratin for a celebration. It takes a little time to prepare but the result is well worth it. You will mix different seafood with wild mushrooms and vegetables in a thick white sauce before covering the dish with cheese.

Sea food gratin

Ingredients

 500 g frozen seafood
 1 bag of frozen mussels
 1 bag of frozen scallops
 8 pike chunk in pieces
 1 jar of chanterelles
 1 carrot
 1 leek
 1 onion
 1 shallot
 200 ml white wine
 Grated cheese and breadcrumbs
 40 g butter
 40 g flour
 500 ml milk

Directions

Mix the carrot and leek together,

Add the onion and shallot

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the mixed vegetables in a little oil

Add the seafood except for the scallops

Add the white wine

Add the chanterelles and pikes

Empty the preparation in an oven dish and set aside (do not wash the bowl)

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Melt the butter

Add the flour

Let it melt 2min

Add the milk gradually

Wait for the first boil

Mix until the mixture thickens

Mix the white sauce and scallops with seafood in the oven dish

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese

Brown 180minute during 25min
