Seafood in a cassolette style with basmati rice

This is more or less a recipe where everything is mixed up in the instant pot. The result is a delicious fish dish that should taste very nice and warm on cold days.

Ingredients

 500 g rice
 1 tbsp fish stock
 1 bag of seafood
 2 slices of cod
 1 brick of cream
 Butter
 Salt, pepper
 Turmeric
 Flour
 Milk

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Sauté the seafood in the butter

Put more butter and make a roux with the flour

Add milk

Let cook 3min

Add the rest of the ingredients except rice

Let cook 5 min

Put the rice and 500ml of water

Add the fish stock

Put the instant pot on pressure cooking mode 6min
