Do you have some dry tomatoes in your cupboard? It's the occasion to try that recipe that mixes up pastas with dry and fresh tomatoes. Some herbs, ham, and cheese will complete that good dish.

Ingredients

 350 g Serpentini pasta
 6 slices of country ham
 3 cloves of garlic
 200 g dried tomatoes
 250 g cherry tomatoes
 ½ bunch basil
 100 g parmesan shavings
  Olive oil

Directions

Cook the pasta in ingredient mode > White rice

Empty and clean the bowl

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the ham and garlic in a little oil

Add the dried tomatoes

Brown for 2min

Add the cherry tomatoes

Put the instant pot in pressure mode 3min

At the end of the cooking add the pasta

Sprinkle with parmesan and basil when serving
