Shepherd's pies are pretty popular. You can prepare the pies with different ingredients but they usually have mash potaotes in the recipe. They make good sturdy dishes.

Put the potatoes in the steam basket with 200ml of water in the tank
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 15min
Bone the duck legs and cut into small pieces with a knife
At the end of cooking, put the potatoes in a bowl and mash them with a fork while adding the milk, cream, salt, pepper, and, nutmeg
Empty and dry the tank of the instant pot
Put the instant pot in browning mode
Add 1 c.a.s. of duck fat from the can and brown the onion and shallot
Add the meat
Let it brown for 5min
Preheat the oven to 200°
In a gratin dish, put the meat and then the mashed potatoes
With a fork, make lines in the potatoes
Bake under the grill for 5min
