Ingredients

 800 g veal shoulder cut into large pieces 600g
 600 g carrot slices
 1 slice semi-salted breast pork in cubes
 3 tbsp honey
 1 minced onion
 2 crushed cloves garlic
 1 bunch chopped flat parsley
 1 tbsp cumin powder
 4 tbsp olive oil
 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
 1 sprig thyme
 Salt and pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the meat in the oil

Add the onions, garlic, honey and thyme

Deglaze with vinegar and wet with 1/2 liter of water

Put the bacon

Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 30min

Add the carrots

Put the instant pot back in cooking 45min

Sprinkle with parsley when serving
