This is another version of the stew bean with some duck legs and some carrots. A few spices and herbs and it should taste very good with a good texture.
Ingredients
2 cooking sausages
2 duck legs
8 garlic sausage slices
1 tbsp goose fat
500 ml tomato juice
1 tbsp tomato concentrate
Onions, garlic,
A pinch of chili pepper, salt, pepper
250 g white bean to soak the day before
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the legs and sausages
Remove the meat
Brown the onions and garlic
Stop the mode browning
Put the beans, tomato paste, tomato juice, and spices
Place the meat on the beans
Add 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 30min
