How about preparing some tongues for dinner? It's a bit special and not everyone likes them. But in that recipe, the tongues will be covered in a nice caper sauce.

Ingredients

 12 small lamb tongues
 1 minced onion
 1 crushed clove of garlic
 1 can of crushed tomatoes
 1 small can of mushrooms
 1 small can of caper
 Salt, pepper
 1 small amount of sugar

Directions

Blanch the tongues

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion and garlic in a little oil

Add the tongues, tomato, mushrooms, capers

Season to taste

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 20min
