In June, the spring tender peas are available. In the following recipe, the peas are mixed up with carrots and a little bit of green. It's going to be a really delicious dish.
Ingredients
500 g peas, shelled
1 onion, minced
3 carrots in rings
1 lettuce leaf
1 bouquet garnished

Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the onion and carrots in the butter
Add the peas
Stir
Add the salad, 250ml of water, the bouquet garnished with a little pepper
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 7min
At the end of the cooking add a little butter
