Smoke sausages with potatoes, tomatoes and mustard

This is a simple recipe with smoke sausages, potatoes, and tomatoes. Nothing fancy but nevertheless a good sturdy dish to share with your family.

Ingredients

 4 smoked sausages, cut in half and pricked
 2 shallots, minced
 ½ l vegetable broth
 1 tbsp mustard
 4 tomatoes peeled and cut
 10 potatoes cut in 2

Directions

Put the tomatoes in the steam basket

Add 200ml of water in the bowl

Cook under pressure 2min

Reserve

Wash and dry the bowl

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the sausages and shallot

Add the rest of the ingredients (except tomatoes)

Mix

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 8min

At the end of cooking add the tomatoes

Put the tomatoes back into pressure cooking 2min
