Smoked salmon and spinach custard

 400 g spinach in branch
 4 slices of smoked salmon diced
 3 eggs
 300 ml water
 100 g flour
 100 g grated Emmenthal cheese
 500 ml milk
 Salt, pepper
 Nutmeg

In a bowl, mix the eggs, flour, and milk

Season to taste

Add cheese

Butter a dish suitable for the instant pot

Place spinach and salmon at the bottom

Pour dough on top

Put the pan in the steam basket

Put 300ml of water in the bowl

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 25min

Check the cooking with a knife and add cooking time if necessary
