Jerusalem artichoke has a special taste but is healthy as a vegetable. In the following recipe, the artichoke is cooked before being turn into a cream. White cheese will be added to the dish.
Ingredients
500 g Jerusalem artichokes
1 potato
1 onion
Butter
150 g white cheese
Directions
Peel and cut the vegetables into pieces
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the vegetables in butter
Cover with water
Salt and pepper
Switch the instant pot to quick cooking 20 minutes
Add the white cheese and mix
