This is a recipe for people that like snails. You mix them with some cream and mushrooms. Then, you stuff some puff-pie with the mixture.

Leave to brown for 5 minutes
Heat the puff-pie 15min at 180°
Melt the butter over very low heat
Mix the cornstarch in the butter
Put the mixture in the instant pot
