Snails puff-pie

This is a recipe for people that like snails. You mix them with some cream and mushrooms. Then, you stuff some puff-pie with the mixture.

Ingredients

 4 puff-pie
 400 g snails (keep the juice well)
 200 g button mushrooms minced
 25 g sweet butter
 Cornstarch
 250 ml fresh cream
 250 ml dry white wine
 Chopped parsley

Directions

Set the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the mushrooms in the parsley butter for 4min

Add the juice from the snails, cream, wine, salt and pepper

Leave to brown for 5 minutes

Heat the puff-pie 15min at 180°

Melt the butter over very low heat

Mix the cornstarch in the butter

Put the mixture in the instant pot
