The following preparation could be used as a first course or make a whole meal of the light side. It consists of chicken with Asian ingredients. It should be very tasty.

400 ml coconut milk
3 chopped shallots
3 chopped garlic cloves
2 small red peppers

1 chicken bouillon in cube
1 lemongrass branch
2 tbsp of nuoc-mâm
1 small can of sweet corn
1 small can of bamboo shoots

Directions
Put the instant pot in browning mode
Brown the shallots, garlic, and chili in a little oil for 3 minutes
Add the chicken, water, cube, coconut milk, citronella, and nuo-mâm
Pass the instant pot in pressure cooking 8min
At the end of cooking, add the corn, bamboo shoots, and coriander
