There are no reasons why being a vegetarian you could not enjoy some bolognese spaghetti. In the following recipe, you will use tofu instead of meat. With plenty of vegetables and spices, it will taste great.
Ingredients
400 g spaghetti cut in half
2 blocks of firm tofu, crumbled
1 carrot in rings
1 stalk of celery in small pieces
1 can of chopped tomatoes
2 chopped onions
A little olive oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
A little basil to decorate
Directions
Put the instant pot in browning mode
Fry the onions, carrot, and celery in a little oil for 2 minutes
Add the tofu, sugar, and tomatoes
Add the spaghetti
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 8min
Sprinkle with basil when ready to serve
