Here, we are entering the spaghetti section. The preparation of spaghetti is innumerable. You can be very creative adding one or another ingredient to change the dish. The following recipe is with mussels.

Spaghetti vongole (clams)

Ingredients

 400 g spaghetti
 1 kg clams
 1 clove garlic
 200 ml dry white wine
 800 ml water
 1 pinch saffron pistils ( optional)
 1 tbsp of olive oil
 A few leaves of flat parsley

Directions

Soak the clams at least 3 hours in a bowl of cold water with coarse salt, changing the water every hour

Drain and rinse them

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the clove of garlic cut in half with 1 tbsp of olive oil

Stop the brown mode

Add the spaghetti, water, white wine, clams, and saffron

Put the instant pot under pressure for half the time indicated on the pasta package

At the end of cooking, sprinkle with parsley
