How about a plate of spaghetti with scampi? It will remind of a holiday by the sea. In that case, some red pepper will be added giving the dish a refreshing color.

Spaghetti with scampi

Ingredients

 24 scampis
 40 g red peppers
 2 onions
 4 cloves garlic
 320 ml chicken broth, 2tbsp thick cream
 220 g spaghetti
 1 pinch salt and pepper
 1 tbsp sauce thickener
 1 tbsp butter

Directions

Slice onions, garlic, and peppers

In browning mode and at the very beginning of preheating brown the chopped vegetables 2 minutes in a little butter

Add all the other ingredients except the thickener, thick cream, and parsley.

In pressure mode cook for 10 minutes

At the end of cooking put in browning mode, add the thick cream, possibly the thickener, and mix to obtain a smooth sauce to your taste.

Just before serving, sprinkle your plate with parsley.

To cook the whole spaghetti in the vat, I put them just before preparing the ingredients in a deep dish with warm water, so that they are more easily introduced whole into the vat since they are substantially softened.
