An easy and quick pot to prepare. You take some chop meat, mix some peppers and onions, add rice and cook the whole mixture. The result will be a tasteful dish full of summer flavor.

 50 g bacon
 1 sweet chorizo cut into rings
 500 g diced chicken fillet
 1 red pepper
 2 chopped or frozen onions
 1 tbsp cumin
 1 tbsp paprika
 1 pinch cayenne pepper
 200 g rice
 300 ml poultry broth

Put all ingredients in the instant pot

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min
