Spanish scramble eggs

The base of that recipe is egg. You can add and mix eggs in anyway you want. In that dish, you will have some scramble eggs with vegetables and starch. It is going to be a complete meal that will satisfy the whole family.

Ingredients

 130 g long rice
 6 beaten eggs in omelets,
 200 g can red beans salted and peppered
 6 potatoes in thick slices
 100 g chorizo in slices
 500 ml vegetable broth
 1 tbsp paella spices
 1 tbsp turmeric
 ½ red pepper slice
 1 red onion, minced
 1 clove chopped garlic
 Olive oil

Directions

Put the potatoes in the steam basket

Add 200ml of water in the bowl

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 7min

Empty the bowl

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry in a little oil the onion, garlic, pepper, potatoes and, chorizo for 5 minutes

Add the rice

Let brown 3min

Put the spices and broth

Cook under pressure 7min

At the end of cooking, add the red beans

Add the eggs and go into mode browning

Stir until the egg is completely cooked
