Spicy Phô beef soup

This is going to be a good soup with tasty Asian spices and beef carpaccio. It would go well as a first course for an Asian meal or simply as a light supper.

Ingredients

 250 g beef carpaccio
 2 l of water
 3 star anise
 1 piece of peeled and minced ginger
 200 g rice vermicelli
 4 tbsp .nuoc-mâm
 2 cubes of beef bouillon
 Fresh red pepper
 Coriander
 1 lime

Directions

In the instant pot tank, put the water with the cubes, star anise and ginger

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 10min

At the end of cooking, add the vermicelli and close the instant pot for 5min

In 4 bowls put 1 c.a.s; nuoc-mâm and spread the broth with the vermicelli and carpaccio

Add a little red pepper, coriander and lime juice
