Split peas with smoke sausage

Dry peas are a good base ingredient and it can mix with about anything. In the following recipe, carrots, celeris, and sauages are added to the dish. It will be a filling meal.

 200 g dry split peas
 2 Morteau sausages cut into thick enough sections
 1 onion chopped
 1 carrot diced
 1 celery stalk in small pieces
 30 g butter
 1 bouquet garnished
 700 ml water
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onions, carrot and celery in butter for 3 minutes

Add the other ingredients

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking for 15 minutes
