Spring vegetables are always welcome after the winter. The following recipe consists of several spring vegetables mixed up with fish and bouillon to make a great soup.
Ingredients
1 slice of white fish fillet
2 carrots
2 turnips
100 g green beans
½ red pepper
½ zucchini
1 shallot
1 clove of garlic
1 chicken bouillon cube
200 ml water
Directions
Cut vegetables into pieces
Put all ingredients in the instant pot
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10 min
