Print Options:

Squid and potatoes

 500 g squid
 1 kg potatoes cut into small cubes
 1 onion
 2 cloves of garlic
 1 small can of peeled tomatoes
 Herbs de Provençe
 Salt, pepper
 500 ml water
 2 tbsp cornstarch
 1 tbsp olive oil

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the onion in a little oil

Cut the squid into rings with scissors

Put the rest of the ingredients in the instant pot

Put the instant pot in quick cooking mode 20min

Put the instant pot back in mode browning

Dilute the cornstarch in 1/2 glass of water

Add cornstarch to thicken the sauce
