Ingredients

 250 g squid in strips
 500 pre-cooked shrimp
 1 onion, minced
 1 can sliced button mushrooms + half of the juice
 2 diced tomatoes
 2 large potatoes, diced
 300 g carrots, diced
 2 tbsp spice masala
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the vegetables (except mushrooms) in a little oil

Salt, pepper

Add the mushrooms, squids, shrimps, and masala

Switch the instant pot to pressure-cooking mode 5min
