 500 g fresh squid cut into cubes
 1 small brick of tomato paste
 2 chopped tomatoes
 1 chopped green pepper
 2 chopped carrots
 1 chopped onio
 1 clove of garlic
 150 g chopped button mushrooms
 1 branches of Thyme
 4 bay leaves
 2 pinches of chili pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the vegetables in a little butter

Add the squid, condiments, and spices

Put the instant pot in pressure-cooking mode 3min
