Steam sea bream and spices

If you worry about calories, why not try the recipe of steam cook fish. You will rub and fill the fish with a strong mixture of spices. You can serve the dish with some rice.

 2 large sea bream, flaked and gutted without head
 2 lemons
 1 tbsp sumac
 1 tbsp pepper
 ½ tbsp salt
 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
 150 ml water

Incise the fish flesh

In a bowl mix the salt, pepper, sumac, and coriander

Rub the outside of the fish with the mixture and put the rest in the fish with 1/2 of a sliced lemon

Put cooking paper in the steam basket and place the sea bream on it

Put 1 slice of lemon on the fish

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 5min

Sprinkle with fresh coriander when ready to serve
