Stews can be fixed in many ways with numerous ingredients. They are always welcome on cold days warming people up nicely. In that recipe, pork is used with potatoes and carrots mainly.
Ingredients
500 g fring pork cut in small pieces
700 g potatoes
4 carrots in rings
1 large onion minced
¼ l red wine
1 bouillon cube in 250ml of water
smoked bacon pieces
Provence herbs
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the onions and bacon during preheating
Add the meat
Flour
Fry a few minutes
Add the red wine, vegetables, Provence herbs, broth
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min
