A simple and quick recipe of stir fry to accompany meat or as a light meal. Potatoes and carrots will be used in the preparation with the addition of herbs and spices.
Ingredients
30 g butter
2 tbsp oil
1 onion, minced
6 carrots in rings
6 potatoes in rings
Salt, pepper
Thym, bay leaf
300 ml water + 1cube of bouillon
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the onion in oil and butter
Add the carrots and potatoes
Fry for a few minutes
Add the salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaf, and broth
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min
