Here is a version of a stir fry of chicken and potatoes in a light way. A good recipe to prepare for your weight watcher friends for your next reunion.
Ingredients
500 g chicken cutlets in large pieces
1 can of 400 gr of whole mushrooms (230 gr) drain
400 g potatoes in small cubes
400 g carrots in slices
100 g bacon cut in cubes
100 ml white wine
3 tbsp olive oil
1 chicken bouillon
1 small onion, minced
1 bouquet garnished
Salt, pepper
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the onion and chicken in oil 3min
Add the carrots and potatoes
Add the bouillon cube, drained mushrooms, bacon, bouquet garnished, salt and pepper
Wet with white wine
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min
