Do you want to prepare a stir fry in an Asian style? That recipe is for you. It mixes noodles with shrimps in a coconut milk sauce with Asian spices. A variety of vegetables will be added to the dish.

 300 g Chinese noodles with eggs
 400 g frozen shrimps
 500 ml coconut milk
 3 carrots cut into sticks
 1 pepper in strips
 Frozen peas
 1 tbsp case of curry paste
 ½ onion, minced
 2 crushed garlic cloves
 1 box of dried black mushrooms
 Spices of your choice
