This is a pretty simple recipe of veal stir fry with tomato and wine for the sauce. You may add mushrooms to the preparation as it is mention in the title. This is a good sturdy dish.

Put the instant pot in browning mode
Brown the meat in a little oil
Add the tomato, mushrooms, wine, thyme, and bay leaf
Add the sugar cubes
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 35min
In a small glass put cornstarch and a little water
At the end of cooking pour the cornstarch into the bowl
Switch to brown mode 2 to 3 min to thicken the sauce
